Last Resort: Backing up and Wiping Data
You’ll then see a dialog asking which pieces of information you’d like to wipe. You can even restore your device’s factory state, as long as TrustGo’s Self Protection setting is enabled.
Please note that TrustGo’s Data Backup function does not currently back up all of the data you can erase with the Wipe function. If you choose to erase more than just your address book, the remaining data will not be recoverable. For this reason, Wipe is recommended only as a last resort.
