You need a registered and linked TrustGo account to use Device Protection. If you haven't linked an account, you'll be prompted to log in or sign up when you open Device Protection for the first time.

If you're not sure whether you're already logged in on your mobile device, navigate to the TrustGo main menu and press the MENU key on your device. If you see an option titled Profile, you're already signed in. Otherwise, click Sign in to create an account or log in to an existing one.
