Disabling the Lock or Alarm
The primary method for disabling either the lock or the alarm is to simply input your TrustGo password.
However, we realize that sometimes our users forget their passwords, so there are a couple of other options.
Although you can reset your password on www.trustgo.com, it requires a small duration of time and an active internet connection for your device to receive and recognize the new password.
For this reason, we suggest using one of the two options Disable from the Missing Device Tab or Using the Universal Unlock Code.
