TrustGo's Loss Prevention feature is enabled automatically when you sign in to the TrustGo app with your account details.
If you want to check whether it is enabled, or need to re-enable or disable it, click Device Protection on the TrustGo main menu.
In order to prevent a thief or other unwanted person from deactivating Loss Prevention before you are able to use it, you are required to enter your TrustGo password when disabling Loss Prevention.
