Locking your Device
Once your device is locked, no other data or applications can be accessed. It can only be unlocked with your TrustGo password, unlock code, or the Unlock action from the web control panel.

TrustGo will send an email to your registered address once your device is locked. If the device is not connected to the internet at the time you make the request, it will be locked as soon as it connects again, and TrustGo will inform you via email.
