Backing up Contacts
There are two ways to initiate a backup of the contacts on your device. You can either initialize the backup from your device, or from the TrustGo web interface. Either way, the result is the same: the most recent version of your device's address book will be securely transmitted to the TrustedCloud for safekeeping.
For both methods, you must have a TrustGo account, and you must be logged in to the TrustGo account on your mobile device. Your device must also have an active data or Wi-Fi connection.
If you're not sure whether you're already logged in on your mobile device, navigate to the TrustGo main menu and press the MENU key on your device.
If you see an option titled Profile, you're already signed in. Otherwise, click Sign in to create an account or log in to an existing one.
